The BI2200 moisture meter is designed for the home inspection industry. This pin-free meter uses state-of-the-art electromagnetic wave technology. The BI2200 has the ability to measure a wide range of selectable building materials that includes stucco, plaster, drywall/sheetrock, ceramic tile, linoleum, shingles, roofing, and more. This non-invasive moisture meter will safely penetrate through paint, varnish, wallpaper, tiles and roofing felt. The large, easy to read digital display contains a data hold feature and low battery indicator. This meter gives relative readings only.
